Were to start were to start!!
Well in the past 4 months now I have put on 20 pounds. Yep that is right 20 pounds. Were did I go wrong. I have no motivation to get moving. We are planning on trying to have baby number 4 in about 5 months. I need to drop at east 40 pounds by then. I am purchasing a treadmil here in a couple of days. The bf has to find the right one that he likes too. I would to walk outside but it is still a little to cold for the 2 year old to be out in it.
Does anyone have any good ideas that would get someone motivated??
Motivation is something you will have to find within yourself, all we can do is offer hope and support when you need it! also i love the “walk away the pounds dvd’s” you can get them at walmart i have a treadmill but i like to switch it up good luck
like she said, YOU have to want to do it. Set yourself mini goals so it won’t seem so hard to make that final goal. babys teps to get started, BUT again, YOU have to want it AND you CAN do it!
I know it works for me is to log all food intake–this makes you more aware of what you are eating. Also, look for easy low-cal, low-fat recipes that you can feed to the family as well so you don’t feel like you have to make separate meals all the time.
Don’t feel like you have to do everything over night, start off gradually and work into a full routine of exercise and dieting.
